For three nights only, 8 Plates presents an Indian and Romanian fusion pop-up by chefs Andrei Rotar and Bhawan Singh. Inspired by their heritage and culinary backgrounds, the menu celebrates vibrant spices, seasonal ingredients and creative techniques, resulting in a dining experience unlike anything else on Waiheke.
This is à la carte dining, so you can order as little or as much as you like, exploring a menu of beautifully crafted small plates alongside a bespoke cocktail list designed to complement every dish.
