Elevate Your Well-Being with Waiheke Pilates

We are a team of dedicated Movement Educators who encourage and teach people about the importance of movement and the benefits of low-impact exercises.

Our fully equipped studio offers an array of small group classes that range from Pilates Mat, Reformer, Mixed Equipment, and Barre. We offer private sessions to groups or 1:1 rehabilitation, and pre/postnatal Pilates for women. Outdoor paddleboard Pilates is offered during the summer months. The studio is open Monday - Saturday.

We are about bringing people/community tūhono (together) and becoming part of the culture on the motu, Waiheke Island. We work closely with Waiheke Physiotherapy next door to our studio in order to find the safest and most suitable program for you.

The studio provides a safe environment for locals and visitors to enjoy and learn movement skills, become body-aware, and cultivate friendships. We help people move better and feel better.
