Connie trained under renowned Argentine chef Francis Mallmann and helped establish the acclaimed 1884 Restaurant in Mendoza before making Waiheke home. Her cooking celebrates Argentina's Mediterranean roots, drawing inspiration from Spanish and Italian influences, vibrant seasonal produce and a love of cooking over fire.
